I would love to say a big THANK YOU for the love guys, the feedback I received on my last Post felt amazing! I was so nervous about putting my skin out there, but you guys made all that go away.
Now to today's post-
I've never tried any product from classic makeup range, ever. I'd say that I've been a bit skeptical about their products for unknown reasons.
When I saw these lip stains, I was immediately attracted to them, the packaging was cute and with the price, I couldn't let it go without giving them a try.
I bought two lip stains in shades- wine and nude.
Wine- more of burgundy than "wine"look. Applied easily and smoothly, it is very opaque.
Nude- gorgeous bright nude. This shade is perfect for a lighter skin tone rather than mine. The application was a bit difficult and it does leave streaks.
The packaging is fairly cool and simple, nothing extraordinary.
Before applying these lip stains, make sure you exfoliate and moisturize your lips! This is so important in order to avoid cracky lips. These lip stains would sink into every patch on your lips as they dry to a very dry matte finish (a bit too dry).
These lip stains can last the whole day if you avoid eating or drinking water, just don't go near food if you want your lips looking good the whole day.
They are very similar to the "flash a pout" lip stains by Sleek and taking the lip stains off might seem a bit difficult.
Personally, I think some shades apply differently from others, I noticed that the darker shades applied smoothly compared to the lighter shades. I'm actually skeptical about these lip stains because my lips feel way too dry after application, but for the price, I'm tempted to get more shades and just keep them.
I'm back in school guys which explains the delayed posts, wish me luck.
Would you try these lip stains?
